What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, money order, credit/debit cards and Paypal®. We also accept personal checks for repeat customers.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount for repeat customers and referals. We also offer discounts for non-profit organizations and charity events. Please contact us for more details.

Is a deposit required to book an event?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event to finalize the booking.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are refundable only under certain conditions, outlined in our contract (requires pdf viewer). From the moment an event is booked, we begin preparing by building custom song lists, as well as purchasing any custom song requests, new equipment, and consumables (fog juice, light bulbs, batteries, etc).

Why do you charge $XX for X hours of work?

There are numerous factors taken into consideration for pricing. Travel cost, equipment upkeep, and purchasing new songs are just a few factors built into evey quote. We also dedicate additional time preparing for each and every event to provide exceptional customer service.
